Let me tell you a little story. My girlfriend Mandy and I saved up our paychecks, student loans and our income tax returns so we could buy a second mobile home to put alongside the one that we live in now.

                Later that same afternoon Dale came over to see if there were any tree limbs that had to be removed before he delivered our new trailer. When I went out to see him he handed me a twenty dollar bill. He said that his wife had counted the money three times and that we had over paid him by twenty dollars.

                When you’re paying several thousand dollars for a home, twenty dollars doesn’t seem like much money and Dale could have kept the twenty dollars without us ever knowing that we had over paid him. Dale gave the money back because it was the right thing to do, he gave it back because that’s the kind of guy he is.
