The picture is reported to be in Phoenix Arizona.

That is the LA Times building behind the sign.

Look at the capital T on the side of the LA Times building.

This is the LA Times building

It is in Los Angeles California on the corner of 1^st  and Spring St.

Here is another view of the building with a Los Angeles metro bus #76 in front of it.

Notice that the bus is going to Grand Avenue

The next section is from Google Maps of directions from this location to Grand Avenue.

The directions show the bus to be 10 minutes from Grand Avenue.

This proves that the picture of the man with the sign

This next section will try to show that the picture has been altered.

I have zoomed in 800 percent and cropped out a section of the sign

Notice the obvious alterations to the sign.

It isn’t pixelated where the white sign was painted over.

The next picture is the right hand side of the sign.

Notice the obvious attempt to cover up mistakes that the inexperienced forger made near the person.

Also notice the large square area above the word in.

Whoever made this didn’t even try very hard.

This proves that the picture is a fake.

It was created to fuel racial hatred and in my opinion

The creator has committed a Hate crime.

This should put an end to
