Immoral temptations

Standing in knee deep sadness

Broken dreams touch his soul

In roadside bathrooms

Paths never to cross again

Innocent façade masks inappropriate desires

Man lives a life of lies

Pretending that he is straight

But never quite convinces himself its true

He ruins lives

With his lies

Wife and children left behind

He moves on to the life he wants

Never looking back

The children wonder

but let it go

knowing it’s better to forget

the old ways brought pain to many lives

hatred ruled to world

if you’re not like us

then you are bad

and you do not belong

accept each other’s differences

avoid causing pain

spread the word

and spread the love

cause were not all the same

our differences define us
